IS RETINOL SAFE FOR USE DURING PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING?

The use of products containing Retinol is not recommended during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding.

All products containing Retinol are indicated accordingly.

IS SALICYLIC ACID SAFE FOR USE DURING PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING?

Cleansers and toners commonly include this ingredient, however a safe percentage of 2% is recommended.

All optiphi® Salicylic Acid containing products adhere to the recommended 2% concentration, making the products safe during pregnancy and lactation when used once or twice a day.

However, it is recommended to consult with your medical practitioner before using products containing Salicylic Acid or to discontinue their use as a precautionary measure until after pregnancy and breastfeeding.

All Salicylic Acid containing product containers are indicated accordingly.

Refunds

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCTS?

optiphi® will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned in original packaging, unused and in a resellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

HOW QUICKLY AFTER STARTING THE USE OF THE OPTIPHI®- RANGE OF ACTIVES, WILL I START TO SEE A DIFFERENCE?

This will vary from client to client based on their skin condition and level of skin damage, as well as the amount of attention and therapy that is necessary to restore the skin to its healthy condition. It is however valuable to mention that most customers start to notice a change in their skin after two to three weeks.

CAN THE OPTIPHI® RETAIL RANGE OF ACTIVES BE USED ON VERY SENSITIVE/SENSITIZED SKINS?

With optiphi® products being pH-balanced and free from artificial colorants and fragrances, and being formulated in such a way as to restore the skin’s condition to its natural healthy state, they can all be used on sensitive skins. As with any skincare product it is important to note that certain individuals may have or develop sensitivity to one or more of the ingredients. In this case it is recommended to consult your doctor and to adapt your skin care regime accordingly.

optiphi® Retail Range – All optiphi® retail products can effectively and safely be used whilst receiving treatment with Roaccutane, except products containing Retinol.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

For change of Delivery Address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Please contact us immediately via email (admin@optiphi.com.au) if you require a change of delivery address and we will do our best to modify your order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information that you can then track your order through.

Our courier parters will email tracking details to you.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

Orders are usually dispatched within 48hrs of confirmation from our payment processor that the order has been paid in full.

Should items ordered be out of stock, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer us to process a refund.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately once orders have been placed we are unable to cancel or make any changes.
